SNOW GOOSE
Vertebrates, birds, swimming capabilities. This goose is in its adult age and its feathers are completely white. The eye is dark; its front part is red. This kind of bird flies considerably high and gets around pretty well. This type of goose makes a lot of noise, is a migrating bird. The snow goose lives in the extreme North America as well as in the North East Asia. |

BLUE GOOSE
The blue goose lives in Siberia, in the north coast of America and Iceland. During fall migrates South, passing cold months in California, the
Atlantic coast, the coast of Texas, in the United States as well as the north of Mexico, including the Baja California Peninsula.
During summer lives in the tundra, normally close to lagoons and the marine coast, hibernates in water and fields. It is a sociable bird and it is possible to see it in bundles of dozens of thousands of them.
Its length is about from 66 to 84 centimeters. The weight varies according to its sub specie, the average is among males between 2.74 and 3.31 kilograms and females between 2.52 and 2.81 Kilograms. |

DOVE
Medium size, long and sharp tale, the top of the head is gray, it has feathers in the middle of the tail, the wing feathers are gray and others feathers are black as well; its front, the sides of the head and the neck their color is dark, the thorax is darker is lighter towards the tail, the side feathers of the tail have different sizes, the largest feathers are towards its middle and the shortest ones towards the sides and both widely rounded by white (from 30 to 40 mm) and its base is gray color, with white in the middle, black front, red legs. Size: wing from 130 to 157 mm, tail from 117 to 158 mm, front from 12 to 15 mm. It weights from 96 to 130 grams. The females are slightly smaller and darker than males. |

WHITEWING DOVE
It is a dove white wings from east. It lives in the North East of Mexico and in the South East of the United States of America. It migrates, when the cold months arrive and because of the lack of food, it begins a long journey to the South to spend the winter in countries such as Central America, arriving to Costa Rica. After, a few months and having accumulated sufficient energy, it starts its voyage back to get to Tamaulipas, in the middle of April. Because is a migrating specie is protected by international laws. |

QUAIL
Its feathers are light gray with a while line on top, head and neck gray brown, light color on the throat, back, sides and thorax a darker gray, each feather rounded by black giving a great effect, lower parts are gray. The chest is beautiful. The quail from Tamaulipas, Nuevo Leon and North East of Coahuila has the stomach faded, the wings and tail are gray brown, front is black, legs are gray. |

PINTAIL DUCK
Length: 51 cm.
The head has small black stripes. The neck has black spots. The throat is lighter. The back has dark feathers with light brown. Chest and stomach are light brown with black small spots. The wings are black with light brown. Sharp tail. Yellow front. Legs are of gray color. |

DUCK RED HEAD
Its red head is something natural of the Americas. We can find it from Canada to Guatemala. During the winter it visits the Bahamas, Cuba and Jamaica. It gets around lakes and lagoons of sweet water.
Their nest consists of seven to nine eggs. However, half of the females also deposit their eggs. |

Its size and appearance is like the tan turkey. The male has a naked head, it has fat inside the neck; the throat is red except in summer. The feathers of the body are dark brown with red, green and gold; the side of the feathers of the body is black. It has feathers in the thorax of about 30 centimeters of length. The female looks like the male but it has a blue head and has no fat inside the neck, the round of each feather is white. |

PHEASANT
It is a beautiful animal, bigger than chicken (between 50 y 90 cm., depending on sex), the feathers of the head and neck are green and blue. It has two red circles on each side of the head. It has feathers towards the back like a mustache. On the neck, it has a white round ring. The female is not as bright, the dots and stripes of the feathers gives a good camouflage. |
